What you'll do

• Lead four small- to middle-market commercial lines production underwriters
• oversee team production, underwriting quality, account management, and referral activity
• provide underwriting leadership and referral authority for commercial P&C accounts
• underwrite large and complex commercial accounts
• evaluate risks and make decisions within established authority
• support portfolio performance
• work with agents and agency partners.
