The role leads NDE capabilities within Divergent’s Technology organization, which develops its automated design and manufacturing platform. This leader sets the NDE strategy and roadmap, builds engineering and production inspection capabilities, and integrates inspection methods and data into manufacturing workflows to meet customer and industry requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead the NDE engineering and production inspection organizations
• own the enterprise NDE strategy and technology roadmap
• develop, validate, and qualify inspection methods
• establish workflows, training, certification, calibration, equipment controls, and technical governance
• integrate inspection equipment and data into MES, traceability, automated disposition, and the digital thread
• support product development, process qualification, root-cause investigations, customer requirements, and acceptance criteria.
