What you'll do

• Provide case management, psychosocial rehabilitation, CSI, family skills, or other authorized services as assigned
• deliver services according to current treatment plans
• render crisis protocol as needed
• transport consumers to required annual appointments
• submit required documentation within 48–72 hours or as requested
• communicate client-care concerns to supervisors
• maintain required training and certifications.
