The Functional Anaplan and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Architect role is hybrid in Louisville, KY; pay is $50–$55 per hour. The role leads functional solution architecture across finance and operational planning functions. The architect translates business requirements into scalable planning and performance-management solutions, governs models and processes, and serves as a liaison between finance, business stakeholders, and IT. The work supports planning accuracy, forecast reliability, reporting efficiency, and decision-making.

What you'll do

• Lead functional architecture for Anaplan and Oracle EPM planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and consolidation
• translate requirements into scalable solutions
• conduct workshops and fit-gap analysis
• define future-state FP&A and EPM processes
• govern planning models, rules, hierarchies, dimensions, allocations, and reporting
• coordinate integrations with ERP, data warehouse, HR, and operational systems
• support testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare
• standardize enterprise planning processes.
