What you'll do

• Develop employer and community partnerships
• recruit employers to provide internships, work experiences, and employment opportunities
• lead implementation of the regional work-based learning strategy
• coordinate employer engagement initiatives and hiring events
• provide technical assistance to contracted providers
• track placements and employment outcomes
• develop performance reports and dashboards
• lead strategic projects and represent H-GAC at community and employer events.
