The Oncology Clinical Pharmacist Specialist role is onsite at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett in Everett, WA. Compensation is $150,000–$190,000 per year, plus bonus where applicable. Shields Health Solutions supports health-system-integrated specialty pharmacy and patient care. The pharmacist provides medication management and collaborates with physicians and care teams under a Collaborative Practice Agreement. The role supports safe, effective oncology treatment through individualized care plans, therapy monitoring, patient education, and resolution of medication-related problems.

What you'll do

• Provide medication reconciliation, dose optimization, adherence support, and drug-level assessments
• partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to order individualized care plans under a CPA
• monitor therapy effectiveness and safety and intervene as appropriate
• support quality-improvement and REMS initiatives
• assist with complex prior authorizations, workflow improvement, patient education, and clinical development.
