What you'll do

• Supervise a team of 15–50 or more employees
• maintain attendance and performance records
• check attraction operators for safe and efficient operation
• train and communicate with shift leads and front desk leads
• plan daily operations to improve productivity and efficiency
• implement team performance, safety, and customer service strategies
• oversee scheduling, inventory, and supplies
• serve as a contact for special projects, holiday operations, and emergencies.
