LDT Compliance Operations Manager

The LDT Compliance Operations Manager is an onsite, full-time role in Tucson, AZ, with compensation of $115,000–$120,000 per year. The JF Group role supports LDT operations and its cross-functional work to meet regulatory, legal, and internal standards. The manager leads and improves operations processes and controls, oversees project and client-service workflows, and manages and develops the operations team. The role helps maintain compliance and operational excellence while coordinating work across business units.

What you'll do

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of operations processes and controls
• oversee LDT operations for adherence to LDT and JF policies
• manage a 3–5-person operations team and coordinate 25–30 jobs simultaneously
• oversee client services and resolve client concerns
• manage project workflows, financial controls, proposals, and closeout
• mentor and supervise operations personnel
• coordinate onboarding
• collaborate with IT and product development on compliance technology and automation.
