What you'll do

• Serve as the go-to IT contact for regional offices
• own escalations through resolution
• handle requests by phone, chat, email, portal, and in person
• troubleshoot Windows devices, Microsoft 365, identity and MFA, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, Wi-Fi, VPN, and local networks
• process access and account requests
• document tickets and maintain asset inventory
• support CAD, BIM, GIS, survey, field hardware, and drone data workflows
• deploy and retire devices
• support onboarding and offboarding
• maintain knowledge articles
• assist with rollouts and rare weekend maintenance.
