Production Assistant, Packaging and Assembly

The Production Assistant, Packaging and Assembly role is onsite in Chippewa Falls, WI. Pay is $17 per hour. The position is temporary, anticipated through approximately mid-December, and works first shift Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. The role supports a private nonprofit organization providing vocational and life-skills services to individuals with disabilities. The assistant combines packaging and assembly work with support for team leads and production activities. By helping maintain organized, productive lines and working alongside individuals with disabilities, the role contributes to daily production and a respectful, supportive workplace.

What you'll do

• Assist with packaging and assembly lines
• help team leads with production and client counts
• perform quality checks and production paperwork
• assist with line setup and organization
• oversee lines as directed
• provide supervision when individuals are not assigned to a line
• follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
