What you'll do

• Lead a team of four Senior Accountants
• coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for 20+ senior living communities
• review financials for accuracy, accruals, and resolution of accounting matters
• coordinate with community operations, regional VPs, and corporate accounting
• oversee cash-flow monitoring, forecasting, reporting, distributions, and contributions
• ensure internal controls
• support internal and external audits.
