What you'll do

• Enter project quotes and budgets in Vista
• create projects and input purchase-order information
• coordinate manpower with project managers and update assigned technicians
• create purchase orders for vendors and subcontractors
• track materials and delivery estimates and record receipts
• onboard vendors, customers, and contractors with Supply Chain
• update project dates and budgets and add change orders
• prepare financial reporting and project tracking.
