What you'll do

• Inspect vehicles and assess collision damage
• write repair estimates using CCC ONE
• order and track parts
• communicate with insurers about claims and supplements
• assist customers through repairs and insurance processes
• coordinate with technicians, parts, and production staff
• maintain relationships with insurance partners and fleet accounts
• and manage repair supplements and documentation.
