What you'll do

• Administer the corporate purchasing card lifecycle, maintain cardholder records, respond to card inquiries, monitor transactions for compliance and unusual activity, review receipts and approvals, verify expense coding and allocations, assist with month-end close, maintain audit documentation, process employee reimbursements, and recommend process improvements.
