Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Learning & Development Specialist

Assess, plan, coordinate, teach, and/or evaluate education and training programs. Provide leadership and coordination for nursing and inter-professional initiatives and projects. Collaborate with leaders, clinical staff and Sanford operations to identify strategies to educate, mentor and coach staff. Develop alternative methodologies for education based on adult learning principles.
