Auto Detail Supervisor

The Auto Detail Supervisor role is onsite in Dallas, TX; compensation is not specified. At Carvana’s Inspection Center, the front-line supervisor manages and develops hourly associates to meet production and quality targets as vehicles are inspected and reconditioned before sale. The role exists to keep vehicle movement and reconditioning work safe, efficient, and aligned with quality standards. It contributes by coaching associates, monitoring performance, reviewing vehicle defects, and coordinating repair-or-reject decisions with the Inspection Center General Manager.

• Manage safe movement of cars through the Inspection Center
