Contract Manager, Legal Team

What you'll do

• Draft, analyze, review, and negotiate brand marketing, property sales, event services and management, vendor, talent, and influencer agreements. Manage contract tracking and workflow across ESM Brand Marketing and Game Seven
• coordinate documentation, signatures, approvals, and execution with internal teams and external partners. Review marketing programs and promotional materials for compliance, collaborate with Legal and Finance, and lead projects across functions.
