What you'll do

• Welcome and assist customers
• assess needs and provide product and styling recommendations
• contribute to individual and store sales goals
• build customer relationships and cross-sell when appropriate
• explain product features and benefits
• maintain the sales floor
• assist with merchandising, replenishment, fitting rooms, stocking, inventory, and backroom tasks
• follow store policies and procedures.
