Membership Sales Specialist

Job overview

The Membership Sales Specialist role is onsite in San Bruno, CA, and is part-time. Compensation is $16.90–$21 per hour. The team member assists prospective and current members, provides gym tours, presents membership and personal training options, and works with the Club Manager toward club goals. The role also supports front-desk service and helps maintain a clean gym.

What you'll do

• Use the customer relationship management system to connect with customers
• provide gym tours
• present membership and personal training options
• assist with new memberships and membership issues
• work with the Club Manager toward joining metrics and monthly goals
• answer member and guest questions
• support the service specialist team when needed
• help maintain a clean gym.
