What you'll do

• Lead and develop service engineers, depot repair technicians, logistics personnel, and customer support professionals
• direct managers responsible for Customer Service, MRI Service, and Ultrasound Service
• develop and execute service strategies
• oversee scheduling, dispatch, field service, issue resolution, and reporting
• monitor service tickets, service-level agreements, escalations, and customer feedback
• ensure alignment with FDA regulations, ISO 13485 requirements, and internal quality standards
• manage departmental budgets and performance indicators
• collaborate with cross-functional teams.
