What you'll do

• Provide trauma and crisis support to potential donor families
• respond rapidly onsite at hospitals
• initiate timely donation conversations with authorized persons in collaboration with hospital partners
• explain donation options and the organ and tissue recovery process
• request authorization and conduct donor risk assessment interviews
• document authorization, notification, and referral information
• communicate clinical triggers and case information to hospital and agency staff
• review medical records and access the donor registry
• participate in hospital and community education.
