What you'll do

• Assistant managers enforce policies and standards, schedule mechanics’ and technicians’ work, manage outside orders, and support job quality, timeliness, customer expectations, and team safety.
• Service managers assist with tire selection and repair recommendations, direct mechanic and technician workflow, stage repair work, communicate with customers, and support sales initiatives.
