The position manages the sales and event-planning process from inquiry through completion, helping grow catering revenue while coordinating client details, event logistics, menus, timelines, payments, and team communication to support a smooth guest experience.

What you'll do

• Secure new catering business and expand client relationships
• develop sales strategies for upselling, repeat business, and new opportunities
• promote catering services
• respond to inquiries
• coordinate event planning and communicate event details
• support menu and program execution
• process and close Banquet Event Orders
• supervise staff standards
• and uphold food safety, brand, and company policies.
