What you'll do

• Prepare food items as ordered
• weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes
• prepare meat, fish, vegetables, and other foods
• plan for anticipated demand and review assignments with a supervisor
• follow health codes and sanitation practices
• maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and line par levels
• report damage and assist in emergencies.
