What you'll do

• Develop recruitment strategies
• manage the hourly recruitment lifecycle, including posting requisitions, sourcing, screening, phone interviews, interview scheduling, travel and lodging coordination, offers, reimbursements, and recruitment logistics
• maintain candidate pipelines
• represent the company at approved career fairs and events
• update the intern program as required
• maintain the recruitment KPI dashboard
• support union-related hourly recruitment and recall processes
• back up the Talent Acquisition Lead when needed
• and maintain compliant employee files.
