What you'll do

• Complete and close out work orders
• assist with property turns and vendor coordination
• perform preventive maintenance
• inspect public areas and apartments
• operate, maintain, and repair facility equipment safely
• escort vendors
• organize the shop and storage areas
• assist with landscaping coordination, curb appeal, trash collection, and cleaning.
