What you'll do

• Scrape, sort, wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and trays
• check cleanliness, air-dry items, and return them to storage or service areas
• organize incoming items and prioritize service needs
• report backups, shortages, breakage, or equipment problems
• set up and clean dish machines and sinks
• check temperatures or sanitizer concentration as required and complete logs
• clean assigned areas, remove trash and recycling, and complete closing tasks.
