What you'll do

• Determine parts needed for repair orders and source them from vendors
• receive, post, price, and deliver parts to the shop
• communicate with service managers, advisors, technicians, and customers
• pull purchased parts from stock or submit emergency orders
• maintain accurate parts data
• assist with inventory, stocking, and annual counts
• support front-counter or inventory staff when needed
• keep workspaces and parts areas clean and organized.
