The Producer leads event planning and delivery, coordinating teams, vendors, budgets, schedules, and client communications. The role helps ensure assigned events and workstreams are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality, while providing reporting and mentoring junior staff.

What you'll do

• Lead event delivery from kickoff through reconciliation
• lead workstreams or smaller programs
• set project goals and objectives
• coordinate creative and technical teams
• manage logistics such as space planning, food and beverage, transportation, security, signage, and attendee movement
• manage room blocks and travel logistics as scoped
• coordinate health, safety, security, and contingency planning
• oversee load-in, event operations, and strike
• coordinate permits, licensing, insurance, and venue compliance
• manage budgets, timelines, vendor contracts, and relationships
• lead client, internal, and vendor meetings
• provide event reporting and analytics
• travel 25–50%.
