The Press Machine Operator / Web Pressman I role is onsite in Saint Cloud, MN, on the first shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Pay is $18–$24 per hour. The role is in the Offset Printing department at Impact Connects. This entry-level position assists experienced operators with web press production while developing press-operation skills. It supports production schedules and quality standards through press setup assistance, product inspection, safe work practices, and routine cleanup and maintenance.

What you'll do

• Assist with press setup, makeready, and operation
• load paper rolls and thread webs
• monitor ink, water, and paper flow
• perform basic adjustments as directed
• assist with changeovers and cleanup
• inspect printed products and review samples
• report quality or equipment concerns
• follow safety and lockout/tagout procedures
• maintain work areas
• assist with routine cleaning and preventive maintenance
• communicate production updates.
