What you'll do

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing resident activities
• support one-to-one interventions, small groups, and large-group presentations
• help design programs that encourage socialization
• provide entertainment, relaxation, and opportunities to improve daily living skills
• document participation and resident progress
• maintain safe activity areas
• encourage and motivate residents to participate.
