The Architect III role is onsite in Honolulu, HI, with an annual salary range of $90,000–$150,000. What you'll do

• Work with clients to understand needs and objectives and develop compliant designs
• apply architectural principles with minimal technical supervision
• take responsibility for assigned projects and assist in supervising technical and support staff
• create building specifications and supervise construction plans
• manage client relationships, present design proposals, prepare drawings, specifications, budgets, and construction documents, and manage project teams
• prepare progress reports
• analyze survey reports, maps, and other data
• use modeling software to simulate project scenarios
• ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• coordinate with project teams, government agencies, utility companies, residents, businesses, industry professionals, and vendors.
