What you'll do

• Handle customer inquiries and proactive calls by phone, mail, online, and in person
• assist with billing, payments, account information, credit requirements, and service starts, stops, and moves
• analyze customer needs and resolve requests
• explain products and services
• coordinate with other departments
• update customer information systems and records
• prepare forms and reports
• initiate field investigations when needed
• follow supervisor direction and may perform other duties based on workload
• assume assigned emergency management duties.
