The Toddler Teacher, Ages 18 Months–3 Years role is onsite in San Antonio, TX. Pay is $12.50–$14.00 per hour. The teacher helps create a safe, welcoming classroom where young children can learn, play, and grow. Working with classroom teachers and center staff, the role implements the L.E.A.P. Curriculum in ways that reflect each child’s needs and communicates children’s progress to families.

What you'll do

• Partner with classroom teachers to create an engaging learning environment
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum with infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children according to their needs
• provide a safe and nurturing setting
• communicate children’s activities and achievements to parents through mobile apps and personal discussions
• work with center staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement goals
• build relationships with families and coworkers.
