The Precision CNC Machining Technologist role is onsite in New Kensington, PA. Pay is $25–$32 per hour. Accurate Marking & Manufacturing makes precision components for defense, nuclear, pump and hydraulic, robotics, and other demanding sectors. The technologist programs, sets up, operates, and edits CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components. The role contributes to quality and continuous improvement through inspection, troubleshooting, finishing, and collaboration, while also mentoring apprentices and sharing best practices.

What you'll do

• Program, operate, and edit CNC mills and lathes
• set up equipment using setup sheets and tool lists
• interpret blueprints and specifications
• perform in-process and final inspections with micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• deburr and finish parts
• maintain a safe, organized work area
• apply manual machining techniques when appropriate
• troubleshoot and improve processes with teammates
• mentor apprentices.
