What you'll do

• Prepare buffet, carving, display-cooking, grilled, and fried products according to recipes and procedures
• maintain food temperatures and inventory
• restock and rotate products using FIFO
• complete opening and closing procedures
• maintain equipment and cleanliness
• follow health department requirements
• assist guests as needed.
