What you'll do

  • Track and execute action items
  • organize program office information in SharePoint
  • develop and implement SOPs, policies, instructions, and training
  • support program management reviews, presentations, briefs, and correspondence
  • research administrative issues and customer needs
  • analyze options and provide recommendations
  • maintain deliverable tracking systems
  • manage calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • assist with budgeting and salary spreadsheets
  • prepare executive summaries, point papers, data call responses, and briefing packages
  • travel and provide in-person support as required.
