What you'll do

• Support employee scheduling, payroll, and onboarding paperwork
• conduct interviews and help hire and train team members
• explain policies and security guidelines
• coach employees and address policy violations
• maintain customer satisfaction and resolve concerns
• manage inventory, food orders, and cleanliness
• meet productivity, sales, and food-cost standards
• communicate with staff and the Regional Manager
• complete Subway University training courses.
