What you'll do

• Process policy change requests
• enroll customers in the Drive Easy monitoring app
• handle 30–50 service calls or transactions daily
• take premium payments
• verify and update customer contact information
• answer incoming calls
• provide customer service
• and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
