What you'll do

• Own the SOX 404 program, including scoping, risk assessment, documentation, testing, deficiency evaluation, and reporting
• develop and execute an annual internal audit plan
• partner with control owners and external auditors
• lead internal audit staff and oversee service providers and budgets
• conduct risk assessments
• report progress and remediation
• use data analytics and AI-assisted audit tools.
