Maintenance Technician – Solene

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite at Solene in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Compensation is $28–$32 per hour. What you'll do

• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and landscaping
• respond to work orders and resident or tenant requests
• prepare vacated apartments for turnover
• assist with preventive maintenance
• diagnose and repair building issues
• maintain grounds, common areas, and supply stock
• coordinate outside vendors and support budgets
• communicate property conditions and concerns to management.
