What you'll do

• Observe assigned pool areas, enforce pool and children’s rules, assist with class setup and attendance, and relay member relations issues to management.
• Develop and deliver individual and group swim lessons for participants of different ages and skill levels, assess abilities, adjust instruction, maintain progress records, communicate with participants and guardians, and attend required meetings and training.
• Assistance with swim team or special aquatic events may be needed.
