The role leads government and defense programs from opportunity review and proposal development through contract execution and customer delivery. It coordinates internal teams and external partners to translate customer requirements into executable plans, track program performance, and meet contract and compliance obligations.

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional planning and execution of government and military programs
• translate solicitations and contracts into requirements, work plans, schedules, owners, and acceptance criteria
• maintain integrated schedules and track milestones, risks, issues, and corrective actions
• coordinate technical and operational work and deliverables
• serve as primary customer interface
• lead program reviews and reporting
• forecast spending and track costs
• coordinate proposal development and submissions, including SBIR proposals, BAAs, and white papers
• maintain contract records and audit trails
• coordinate DCAA audits and required PIEE workflows
• support government accounting, FAR/DFARS processes, and cybersecurity requirements. Travel up to 10%.
