Bilingual Preschool Teacher Assistant is an onsite, full-time role in Scottsdale, AZ, paying $15.15–$19.70 per hour. The assistant supports daily classroom activities and Cadence Education programs in an early childhood learning environment. The role exists to help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom that supports children’s physical, social, emotional, developmental, and behavioral needs. It contributes to children’s learning and well-being by assisting classroom staff, following safety and licensing procedures, and communicating respectfully with families and colleagues.

What you'll do

• Support a positive and respectful classroom
• greet children and families
• assist with individual developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavioral support plans as directed
• support curriculum planning and implementation
• communicate with families, coworkers, and leadership
• follow safety and supervision procedures
• document and report incidents
• participate in required meetings, training, and professional development.
