What you'll do

• Lead the company-wide claims management program
• supervise and develop claims professionals
• improve claims policies, procedures, and systems
• oversee investigations, root-cause analysis, reserves, settlements, litigation strategy, and claim closure
• analyze claims and loss trends and prepare executive reporting
• oversee customer damage claims
• support insurance renewals, security and theft-prevention programs, budgets, and risk reviews.
