The role works with production, engineering, and quality teams to maintain tooling performance, support production, and contribute to continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Build, repair, and maintain tooling, dies, fixtures, and precision components
• perform manual milling, turning, and grinding
• troubleshoot production and quality issues
• modify tooling
• support press setup and die adjustments
• interpret blueprints
• collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams.
