What you'll do

• Support Medicare and Medicaid regulatory compliance and report identified issues
• communicate with residents and families
• monitor nursing care and staff performance
• review charts, counsel staff, and conduct rounds
• maintain knowledge of practice standards, quality assurance, infection control, and regulations
• coordinate information for continuity of care and discharge planning
• participate in a 24/7 on-call/weekend rotation and provide resident care as needed.
