The role also coordinates SAP changes and works with functional, security, infrastructure, network, and managed-service teams to resolve issues and deliver technical projects.

What you'll do

• Perform senior SAP Basis administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support
• plan and execute upgrades, support packs, kernel upgrades, enhancement packages, and security patching
• analyze EarlyWatch Alert reports and address performance, stability, capacity, and security recommendations
• perform installations, system copies, refreshes, and transport management
• administer SAP HANA and support OpenText archiving, SAP BTP, Fiori, SLT, SAP PO/PI, Data Services, BOBJ, and MII/SCM technical operations
• coordinate with internal teams and external providers
• maintain technical documentation
• provide on-call and escalation support for critical production incidents
• and administer SAP Change Advisory Board reviews, approvals, tracking, and documentation.
