What you'll do

• Interpret contract documents, plans, specifications, and codes
• monitor project quality and identify scope or risk issues
• coordinate subcontractors and trade superintendents
• attend project meetings
• create critical-path schedules
• prepare RFIs and support estimates and change orders
• assist with pay applications and as-builts
• monitor safety compliance
• support project closeout and records retention.
