Lead Server — Moneygun

The Lead Server role is onsite at Moneygun in Chicago, Illinois. Compensation is $16 per hour, with $25 per hour when serving as Manager on Duty. The role supports front-of-house service at Moneygun, part of 16 On Center’s Chicago and New York venues, restaurants, bars, and food halls. The Lead Server models service standards, supports smooth restaurant operations, and helps develop the service team. The role combines guest service with training, floor coordination, and Manager on Duty responsibilities for up to three shifts per week.

What you'll do

• Execute service steps consistently
• guide guests through food and beverage offerings
• take and deliver orders accurately
• maintain front- and back-of-house service areas
• coordinate with bar, kitchen, and support teams
• train new service team members and support ongoing development
• assist with training materials and service practices
• help maintain opening, closing, and sidework checklists
• assist with floor cuts
• use Toast POS functions and operational systems
• assist with beverage inventory
• resolve guest concerns
• follow safety, sanitation, and responsible service procedures
• serve as Manager on Duty for up to three shifts per week and complete associated floor and closing duties.
